>>28498225>>28498229>>28498239In Europe, flashing wealth is generally frowned upon between top-performing professionals (TC +- 800k-1m/year, age <40, top doctors in private practice, star lawyers, etc). Leasing, or god forbid, getting a LOAN for your car is seen as utterly pathetic. Like, who do you think you are, and why do you feel the need to show off?
True signals of wealth in Europe are: zip code, buying big vacation homes in South France/Spain, expensive private schools and expensive hobbies for (multiple) kids, luxury vacations that you post about on Instagram, having ties to the government and governmental funding institutions. Buying a pure "sports car" is seen as buying an expensive toy, literal manchild or Arab immigrant behaviour. The only thing I can concede is that you can buy an expensive SUV for your wife and kids and not be seen like a clown by your social circle.
>inb4: 800k/year is not richYes, you're not a billionaire, but you also don't have healthcare costs that can rack up in the millions in the US for end of life care, neither are you so scared of litigation in pressure cooker professions. With that money you're also completely isolated from the effects of immigration and you can fulfil the dream of living in a "white boreal ethnostate" or whatever the fuck.
