From living 1/3 of muh life yuro and 2/3 US, I'm gonna say yuros smoke more but haven't been there in 15 years. Makes me wanna go smoke onna these winstons, haven't smoked in days.
I remember being a kid in Germany in the 90s and there were cig vending machines on the street. Every restaurant was a cloud od smoke, and it billowed out the door, it was a different time but not long ago.

Depends on the country mostly, the French are still chain smokers. The zoomers just moved on to vaping though because it's hip. A lot of other euros stopped smoking as much because it got too expensive. The dutch are just smoking weed as always.
