1 metric ton Lithium requires 1,9 million liter of water.

To extract lithium, miners drill a hole in salt flats and pump salty, mineral-rich brine to the surface. After several months the water evaporates, leaving a mixture of manganese, potassium, borax and lithium salts which is then filtered and placed into another evaporation pool. After between 12 and 18 months of this process, the mixture is filtered sufficiently that lithium carbonate can be extracted.

Lithium extraction harms the soil and causes air contamination. In Argentinaโ€™s Salar de Hombre Muerto, residents believe that lithium operations contaminated streams used by humans and livestock and for crop irrigation. In Chile, the landscape is marred by mountains of discarded salt and canals filled with contaminated water with an unnatural blue hue. According to Guillermo Gonzalez, a lithium battery expert from the University of Chile, โ€œThis isnโ€™t a green solution โ€“ itโ€™s not a solution at all.โ€

And why are you so sure that it is supposedly humanity that is changing that is causing climate change ?

Are you sure that humanity is causing climate change instead solar activity ,volcanic activity, changes in ocean circulation ?

Sorry dude your doomsday cult lied to you. Here's the official government NOAA climate data for the past 20 years showing no warming trend. Doomsday is cancelled. The ice caps were supposed to be gone a decade ago; but the grifters just keep moving their doomsday prophecies back a few years while they ask for more donations. This is an old con dude, you might as well be doing rain dances.

What's even the source of that image?
It seems to only get posted outside 4chan by flat earther tinfoil hat xwitter accounts, and doesn't match anything I can get out of the NOAA website plotter tool.

Oh, I see now. It's a cherry-picked slice of data from
https://www.ncei.noaa.gov/access/monitoring/national-temperature-index/time-series/anom-tavg/12/5
which is noisy enough that a negative fit like that is possible if you only look at a decade or two.
If you zoom out a bit, the positive trend becomes obvious.

Whoever drew that red line was either an imbecile, or was intentionally seeking to mislead imbeciles.
