I'm fucking tired of my life trying to find good +17' wheels to put on a 4x114.3 hub. They all look shit and look shit above 15 inch 'nam boomer hotrod range. And those are also ugly.

How do I convert to a better and more common bolt pattern? I just want my 94 accord to look like a real car...

The best thing to do would be changing your wheel hub entirely with one from the same brand that has the desired bolt pattern. You could also use an adapter, I've heard the hub-centric ones are decent as long as you get them from a reputable manufacturer. Personally I wouldn't trust those though

Why are you donking out a Honda? You shouldn't need anymore tire than what you can fit on a 16" max

114.3mm is 4.5 inches.
Its an american bolt pattern.

After WWII we sent tooling to Japan to restart their industrial complex. They just slapped a metric equivalent on it and carried on.
Cross reference domestic cars or look at online sites like American Racing for 4x4.5

Big rims on older cars with small wheel wells look gay as fuck. Low profile tires on something that isn't a sportscar with 15 inch brake rotors is dumbfuck behavior. If you want to reduce your fender gap, lower the car an inch and stick some 205/60R15s on there. If the stock wheels are roached, buy new 15s. Motegi and American Racing both sell 17+ inch wheels that would fit, but you'll look like a cholo if you buy them.
