Sure, MR2s are way nicer looking and have a 4age, but aw11s went through the roof 3 years ago. What's wrong a fiero? This one is a 2m6 with a v6. Seems like that would be fast-ish.
You can do what you want but that is an ancient car at this point
>>28510680 (OP)>MR2s are way nicer lookingThey are not, prime reason to get a Fiero
>>28510680 (OP)You should get one, they're fun and I love seeing them around. Also there's plenty of documentation of just about anything you could possibly need to fix or swap on it.
>>28510687idk I like boxy styling.
>>28510686all the cars I like are ancient. I don't want a nu-car.
A guy on my street has the nicest Fiero I've ever seen. Never had a chance to ask him if it's an incredible survivor or if it's been restored, but it's gorgeous.
Also, buy it, junk the V6, and get a small block Chevy V8 as a bolt-in upgrade.
>>28510785I think I've heard it's either pretty easy to get the power up on the v6 or replace it with a later gm v6; I forgot which
>>28510793Neither of which will get you the power and sound of a v8 swap.
>>28510785>>28510891>just put a v8 in a fiero lol it so ezeuropean larp post, probably chatgpt as well
>>28510680 (OP)I would unironically put a dosed 4age into it after extreme weight reduction and underbody aero
I drove one in high school 15 years ago. Imagine all the build quality issues of a 3rd gen camaro, but also now transverse mid-engine. Do not buy one.
>>28510793This. 3800 with the blower>>> Don't what the wrenchlette is talking about putting a V8 in there that will fit without being a Northstar or heavy modifications
>>28510954The shitty V6s GM was using in the 80s and 90s were just small block Chevys missing a quarter of their cylinders. It's a bolt-in upgrade.
>>28510954LS4 + F40 transmission ez
I’ve never seen one being driven on the road. Never. They’re always in a junkyard state or something. And they’re not a desirable car.
