If you've already got a supercharger you're trying to hook up, check and see who the original manufacturer is. For a company like Eaton, they used the same base charger in a lot of different vehicles, but with a different length "snout". If you're able to find a similar one, it may just swap right out with the end of the one you have. Other than that, you'll have to fab something up yourself like what the other anon posted

OEMs do actually make these types of blowers for the purpose of moving the intake to the front.
