The Taurozza engine needs oil only on both bearings where the piston rod and piston attach, so there's little risk of getting oil into the combustion chamber to the extent they don't have an oil seal ring. The intake and exhaust are just exposed by the movement of the top piston like a normal 2T. Instead of a head using engine power to move valves it adds power by way of a second piston and cylinder. Plus I bet it would sound amazing. Like a Beare head only without needing 2T oil in the fuel.
