No, the idea that even a lowly serf should be able to save up and buy a supercar by their middle age is purely American.
And in reality it's a dumb idea, there are few auto autists who do benefit from these cars being affordable, but 99% of their owners are normies who barely deserve a spot on a bus to take them from their suburban labour dormitory to their place of toil.

You are the hands of our enemy.
Americans deserve mutts expelled
Europeans deserve migrants expelled
Europeans deserve a V8 for a price of Peugeot
We are all sons of Europe
Dunking on each other over things our nations do wrong benefits only who?
>>28519935 (OP)
I responded by buying one.
The C5 Z06 is one of the best bang for your buck sportscars even in Europe, I can only imagine what it's like in the states.
>>28519935 (OP) >Americans test the Corvette/Viper against similar (but more expensive) European cars >American car wins >Europeans test the Corvette/Viper against similar (but more expensive) European cars >European car wins
Many such cases.
>>28519974 >but 99% of their owners are normies who barely deserve a spot on a bus to take them from their suburban labour dormitory to their place of toil.

>>28520142 >Burgers decide to finally sell their fast cars overseas, probably because boomer sales are declining >Inexplicably twice the price
Yet you'd be horrified if BMW or Lexus did the same thing.
>>28520969
Shouldn’t be a big deal.
Google „corvette parts Europe“ there are multiple shops all over Europe. It’s probably the most popular „exotic“ import we have
>>28519935 (OP)
Do you think these two companies designed these cars in tandem and did the whole "copy my homework but just change it up a little" schtick
>>28520969
We can just order from Rockauto you know. That, and there's a couple of specialized corvette shops around here.
Example, new pads and rotors. Unfortunately there's also 100 bucks shipping that comes on top of this, but 500 bucks for a full set of upgraded rotors and pads isn't too bad. I could also get the budget stuff and be done for 200 bucks including shipping, but I'd rather get some performance stuff considering I'm driving a performance car.
>>28520073 >And then you use euroPOOR
No I do not.
I would never call Europeans poor or Americans mutts. You are all my frens and I love you, despite you being convinced there is some kind of rivalry. >cars should be compared in price brackets because we all have limited resources
So what's the most affordable sub7 car.
Because I'm seeing AMGs and GT3s being the next faster option after the C8. And they cost 100k more.
>>28521049
Does this ship from Europe or USA? If it's the latter then you have to add even more tax on top. If it's the former that's cheaper than most Euro luxury car brakes.
>>28520974 >>28520976
yeah, thanks for the obsious, guys.
I can't even get door weatherstrips for a 1977 corolla and I have to order them from thailand, even though they were imported by the gorillions in europe, but anyway >>28521049
thanks a lot for that info.
I am about to pull the trigger on a viper, I was thinking of a c7 also and I was trying to get some more info on how fucked I will be.
>>28521607 >bus passenger talks about Ferrari
bus passengers are sometimes aware that you have to be either Porsche's bitch to keep or transfer your warranty or for them to honor their your car's warranty
and with ferrari, you are just ferrari's bitch.
>>28519935 (OP)
I mean not really direct competition in that sense, but if you want a high horsepower front engine rear wheel drive sports car we have no shortage of options. They're more expensive of course, because they're nat made of Tupperware, but if you didn't care about that you wouldn't be buying a European car.
>>28523649
The Viper is unarguably the coolest American sports car of all time and the very epitome of what a high performance car should be.
The corvette and ford gt are just boring as hell in comparison as they're more for flexing nowadays
>>28523607
What independent verification did the F1 have when they sent a modified car to 240? >requires unique parts to even hit that speed
so just like the F1 with its unique gearing and rev removed rev limiter that none of the production ones have. >Ferrari money in 1988 for a fucking GM interior
better than the chinese quality of the F1.
