if you are a car enthusiast your car would be modified to take advantage of modern turbo and engine management tech. if its automatic, you are not an enthusiast. Also nobody should be wrenching on your car except you only exceptions are tires, dyno time, and alignments.

My miata nakes 181 hp at 1049 kg (I get road taxed at this weight). I guess I'm in the clear.
