Can confirm. Bought a new Ford last year and it had tons of issues. Couldn't even get service because stealyershits would come up with bullshit reasons why they couldn't take your car in, and they won't document a service slip if they don't accept the car in. It's basically a subtle way to say fuck you go away your warranty doesn't mean jack shit
