Ordered some Denso twin tip spark plugs. What am I in for? I don't know what plugs are in right now but they haven't been changed in 120,000km

Probably zero difference vs what you have now, unless what you have now is so bad that your car misfires.

they're cope for people who didn't get dual spark ignition which is actually beneficial. they will make no difference.
