Probably gonna have to 3d print it or find junkyards nationally or check out some Japanese sites. See if you can find the dimensions. How's driving the Montero/Pajero ? My old man use to have a 87 2 Manual door Montero with a pushbar similar to pic related. A shame he shipped it to Haiti. I remember Last time Pops drove it on the shitty roads of Haiti and it was very capable of going up the hill and declines.
