I now own a 2007 Honda acoord 2.4l coupe. dont want it, its too small for me. 88k miles, no accidents, nothing wrong with it. How do I sell it as fast as possible, how do I avoid being jewed, and what would you all pay for it? I’m seeing 4k up to 10k online, and those are shit ones with accidents and more miles, so im thinking i can get at least 3K easy.

Any help/advice appreciated. Yes I have the title/insurance/papers etc

Exactly how? Are you enormously fat, improbably tall, or are you a hauler and use a car like a small truck?

Read the sticky.

Facebook is nice because you can look at profiles and discriminate against shady buyers. Autotrader is nice because it's mostly old white boomers who want drama free private party transactions.

“Great daily. Has another 150k miles in it easy. Owned by my dad who’s a retired mechanic, never drove it over 35 and declared it to be the most reliable car he’s seen in his life. Price is firm but fair. Hoping i can send this to a good forever home.”
Then go out late at night, smash it up with a hammer, file a police report about your car being beaten up by some crackhead, and collect your insurance check.

Peak car for tall people is the Smart Fortwo.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wOfr8cRtiP0

All generations do that. The designer was 6'-6" and wanted to fit in it. I tried one out at a dealership and pushed the seat completely back, and I could not reach the steering wheel or pedals. Perfect for tall people who want smaller cars.

How fast do to you want to sell it? PicRel has an accident history and only 41k on it. Before accident it was only worth 9k retail. You won't get much from a dealer, though if you hawk it over Marketplace or Craigslist, you can probably fetch 7k. If it's as nice as your pic that is. Dealers will probably give you 1500. They have no interest in paying fairly, especially on older vehicles.

>"How do I get rid of it fast?"
throw it up on marketplace for $4k and give some "lucky person" a deep "discount" to $3k.
unusually low miles on a reliable shitbox = some dad's gonna buy that for his newly-licensed teenager.

Would buy it myself but I don't have driveway space for a 3rd automatic CM accord.

[X] those are very spacious cars for their segment. adjust the seat and steering wheel

Because you're a manlet. I'm 6'2'' and 235lbs and fit in my Honda Crosstour which is basically an accord just fine though.

Bottom dollar is 5k.
Also for the love of god don't sell it to a non. Check their profile to see if they're a flipper/brown before you meet. If they are, just ignore.

******clean it up good before you sell it, especially the interior/trunk/engine bay. Unless it really needs it don't change the oil, too fresh of oil is suspicious. Don't overly shine the tires, also suspicious.

Dude I think you can get 4k, maybe 5k easily depending on your local market at that mileage. Consider putting down 6k on Facebook marketplace and dropping it to 5,500
