Why would I give a shit about learning how to fix cars? Tesla already mastered self driving and ICE cars are going extinct. In the future we'll have robotaxis and self driving uber cars. The only "mechanics" will be highly skilled tesla or zoox employees that know how to swap a battery or some very niche task. Caring about fixing cars is some shit for over 40 year olds. What do you need to realistically know these days other then swap a tire or get air in your tires maybe an oil change at best but that shit is comically cheap to do at repair places. Fixing cars is like learning troubleshooting linux in current times when we have perfectly working computer operating systems. A hobby that is pointless.
