Only on the Q2 package though, right?
I picked up a set of Continental North Contact NC6 tires for $200. 3 years old, lots of tread remaining. Should get me through the winter.
I think I lucked out and got a pre-SGW car, so less to worry about there. Went through maintenance records and the water pump was recently replaced as well as spark plugs. Seemed to get serviced at the dealer regularly, but engine oil records are spotty so I'm going to check with the dealer and see if they have better records. Last owner had it for about 2 years and put like 20,000km / year on it, so that sucks.

B-pillar placement meant to increase structural rigidity, while also being in a perfect spot to get in the way of getting in and out of the damn thing. A coupe version would've been amazing just for the longer doors and not having a b-pillar next to your head. That layout, however, is also why the Giulia was consistently tested and rated as "5 stars" or "Superior" in crash tests, side impacts especially.
The "easy in/out" seat feature, gimmicky on most cars, is much welcomed on the Giulia because of that.

You think snow is just water? What about the rest of winter? What's going to happen when a semi truck drops a 30lb chunk of ice in front of you? What happens when you hit a rogue pothole with those rubber band tires? If you think these hypothetical situations don't exist then you shouldn't be telling people they don't need winter beaters.

Of course. USS Auctions, the largest auction house, no longer allows exporters/dealers to share higher quality photos with potential buyers, so you either pay someone with a dealer license to go on-site and take their own photos of the shitbox ($$$) or leave it up to someone else decide for you. Or just gamble. I got it for $3000 so I'm not too upset, but so far it looks like I'll need:
>new turbo o-rings to fix the leak
>probably need to catch up on maintenance (transmission fluid, maybe a serpentine belt, oil change & plugs)
I also want to put in a new battery and replace all the relays I can, just to be safe.
The first owner seemed to take good care of it until they sold it at 100,000km. The second owner replaced the water pump at 120,000km and the spark plugs, so they did at least some maintenance, and the tires are in relatively good shape and aren't cheap chink shit. But I guess they stopping giving a fuck about it at some point. Car made the ~300km drive to the city today so I'll get it looked at some more and then put on the new (used) winter tires later.

fuck that noise i played Arc Raiders and went to sleep by 11 LOL
no need to spend any effort on these hoes, you rizz them up on one of the apps, invite them over for a "cute as shit snuggle date" pop some wine and within an hour they're swallowing my cock
having a sense of humor is like a cheat code, also don't fall for any subtle shit tests, women can sniff out fake confidence like snakes sense heat
if only i'd unlocked this power when i was in high school

Continental tires have been holding up well even though they're only 225/45r18. It's still not freezing here yet, mostly cold & rainy and they've been doing great. Good feedback as they begin to lose traction.
This car is kind of retarded to be honest. It drives like a comfy 3 series, but then turns into Mr. Hyde and drives like a sportscar when you push it; that weight you expect to be there in a sedan just isn't. Reminds me of an rx-8, but bigger, much nicer, and without a manual transmission. The suspension is very soft, which is great on a daily, but I wish there was more of an aftermarket because it would be amazing with a quality set of coilovers and maybe stiffer swaybars (I don't really feel like spending $5-10k on a set of coilovers on a $4,000 car...)
LSD arrives soon so that will be a nice upgrade. Also got my OBDLINK MX+ finally and didn't see anything scary in the code history.
