Front right tire blows. Loss of traction from FWD on the right side. Left tire retains traction causing car to veer to the right. Driver is too stupid to stop accelerating and drives head first into a wall.

I've seen it happen. Guy in a 15 year old beater Camaro, with 4 different, equally bald tires came flying up behind me as I got onto the highway. Instead of slowing down, he cranked the wheel hard at about 80mph, broke all 4 tires loose and passed me, SIDEWAYS at 50mph. Then the tires gripped and he pingponged between the concrete barriers.
