NOT A DEMORALIZATION THREAD
Around here, the rivers are flooded with glyphosate, atrazine, and a hundred other agricultural chemicals and byproducts. I want to eat what I catch from rivers more but the fish are so poisoned. So many chemicals, medicines, etc make their way into the tap water, the tap water is intentionally poisoned with flouride, endochrine disruptors, PVC plastics. They spray all kinds of chemicals in the atmosphere every day to fuck with the weather and expose people to whatever they want them to breath or get rained on. The water from many wells and springs are polluted from all of the above which saturates the ground water.
What do we do? I really want to figure out how to get my drinking water situation fixed. Tap is suicide, bottled spring/distilled water is plastic and can have whatever in it and you woulnd't know. I have a spring on my property but I'm surrounded by farmers growing roundup-ready GMO corn and haven't been able to get it properly tested yet.
Is reverse osmosis the solution? Distillation? And as for fish, putting a pond up here and farming my own trout and salmon? I'm in the southeast so this is more of a problem here than in, say, northern Idaho, but none of us are free from it.

To get started I ordered a stainless steel distiller from amzn and 4 glass demijohns, one gallon each. Also a glass bottle of trace minerals to add back into the distilled water. Going to try to work with the spring water from my property rather than tap water. The spring is down in the holler and I'm at the top of the ridge so I'm going to have to tote it or use the side by side. Eventually I want to use a gravity pump to move it up to the ridge with steel pipe. Future plan is a larger distilling system I will build with no plastic materials so I can process more volume when I need to. Would love to give my animals clean water too because I know all the poison in the tap water makes its way into their meat, dairy, and eggs.

Dig well or find natural springs. Dirt filters all that shit out and leaves only pure mineral water. Then plants absorb it and it ends up in your diet anyway.

We really need to spread awareness of this topic to all our normie friends. Send them the latest Veritasium video about PFOA pollution. Petition local officials. Eventually there will be enough of a movement to force these chemical producers to stop polluting.

My government is considering raising the considered "safe" levels of glyphosate levels in water and on food by 100 fold. Ridiculous.
>โ€œThe government is proposing an increase in the Maximum Residue Level for the herbicide glyphosate (the active ingredient in Roundup) from the default level of 0.1 mg/kg to 10.0 mg/kg.

Do tell as many people as you can, unfortunately most people can't be bothered to care about it. My brother knows a lot about the poisons and does very little to try to avoid them, and that's how almost everyone else is. They don't have the bandwidth to worry about it and its too uncomfortable to realize just how bad things are. As long as people aren't dying right after drinking tap water or eating a fish from a river, people aren't going to care. It certainly won't be enough to stop a project which is bigger than just simple accidental pollution by big companies who are just doing it for capitalism or whatnot. The continued poisoning of our people is intentional, deliberate, and full-spectrum, even if every single poisoning didn't start off that way.
This isn't to blackpill, there is a lot you can do to reduce your own exposure from it. However, even if you distill all of your own water and store everything in glass containers, etc, you aren't going to stop them from spraying chemicals in the atmosphere from airplanes and no public awareness movement will succeed or be able to stop it. The only way all of this is going to end is by destroying the ruling order. At the end of the day there are no political solutions to the biggest problems we face. Luckily for us, all the major historical events were not decided by the majority or mass opinion, but by a very dedicated minority of people.

Nah we need to keep organizing. History is always made by an organized minority. We are slowly rolling back water fluoridation in NZ.

it will take so long for the poison to sicken the industry itself all the people who have the ability to change it will be dead so they dont care bout tap water being contaminated or fishing for sustenance being poison is a poor people problem and ergo; no concern to the people who profit off doing this
