>Why are they allowed to exist?
Thanks Adam

Genesis 3
17 And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;

18 Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field;

19 In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.

Sorry, exterminating mosquitos with DDT was only stopped because of communist infiltration. Exterminating pest species is a human right.

I go /out/ where this stuff grows wild and I don't even know what a poison ivy rash feels or looks like. How do you even get a rash unless you're blindly rolling around in shrubs with no shirt on?

you're probably resistant to it. I've only ever gotten it very badly once and I think it was poison oak. I've stood in poison ivy barefoot for a long time shooting a slingshot and only got a couple of small spots on my ankle, and I've accidentally weedwhacked it and had a few little blisters on my chest. The one time I got fucked up though it was very bad, both my legs more than doubled in size and turned purple it looked like I was going to die.

>exterminating mosquitos
There are plants that depend on pollination by mosquitos. Only the female suck blood when they develop eggs. Males (and premature females) consume nectar and pollinate plants.
So if you are exterminating mosquitos you are exterminating plants that depend on them.

I have eaten so many cashews that it caused my asshole to itch for a week. The rind around the cashew seed has the same shit on it and some residual remains on cashews. I thought I must have fucking pinworms until I figured out it was from eating like a pound of cashews at a time.

I used to be extremely allergic to poison ivy. One brush itchy blisters for days. Finally I got so fed up I burned a vine of it and bathed/ inhaled the smoke. I puffed up like the blueberry girl in Willy wonka and had to go to the hospital when I started having trouble breathing. They put me on steroids and Allegra as it had gotten in my lungs.

I never got it again after that. You can rub that shit on me it does nothing

Knew a guy who said he had 70 acres in California. 3/4 of his property was a vast understory poison oak jungle. He had never even explored it. He tried to once, and got so covered in poison oak blisters he decided never again. Imagine having a vast tract of land and being unable to explore it. In that way poison oak might a sort of blessing. There are probably areas that no human has ever set foot in, because it's just one enormous poison oak jungle.

I don't think it's possible to build a lasting tolerance to urushiol. In fact, normally your sensitivity goes up every time you're exposed. Lots of kids say they're immune to it, but that's just because they haven't had enough repeated exposure. If you have given yourself a kind of immunity, I think it will be temporary, and after it goes away, you might start getting it worse than you've ever had it before.
