I saw a dead eastern massasauga rattlesnake in Wisconsin yesterday. I don't give a fuck what the law says - rattlesnakes don't belong in Wisconsin. Our ancestors spent decades killing every one they saw and almost succeeded in eradicating them. They serve no purpose here that isn't already perfectly filled by nonvenomous snakes. So, if you see a rattler in Wisconsin fucking shoot it and keep quiet.
