what's some festivals parks and other things you like or know about in the great state of NY baby. I've lived here my whole life (20 years) but all I really have done is rent cabins at lake taghkanic ,attend the dutchess county fair(hell yeah) and go to sterling. i hunt and go fishing too the salmon river is nice but boy are non hotel lodges some of the most degenerate places on earth oh and Niagara falls is overrated fuck madden of the mist and the indians hawking their shity trinkets

have you not explored Lakes George or Champlain at all? Very nice quiet places and lots of local history worth learning about. These are good places to go camp and get some fresh air and learn about a few things that nigh make it into our history textbooks
