Hey anons,
I’m planning to spend an entire night out in Paris soon, just roaming around, no hotel, just me and the city. I’m really interested in exploring the catacombs illegally (the parts that aren’t open to tourists). I’ve read about secret entrances but(obviously)info is pretty vague online.
So I have a few questions for any frogs anons or urbex folks:
Does anyone know how to find unofficial access points to the catacombs? Not the paid tour, but the real forbidden tunnels. Any tips on where to start or who to ask?
Any basic tips for doing this safely? Like what should I bring, what should I avoid, how not to get caught or fined, etc. I’d rather not get lost forever down there.
Are there any other urbex spots or creepy/morbid places I should check out while I’m at it? Abandoned buildings, hidden cemeteries, weird ruins,I’m open to anything that fits the vibe.
Any advice or stories would be appreciated. I’m not a total idiot, I know there are risks, but I really want to make the most of this night.
Cheers,
urbexAnon
