Tomorrow I have my first ''big'' hiking expedition since 4 years ago. I think I'm prepared but I'm nervous and I never trust my epilepsy.
What I will do will be 3.478m of altitude with 1.914m of positive and negative slope. There will be 30km in total.
I'm not going alone, there will be 3 pros with me and one friend, but he went there more than one time. My only problem is my fucking epilepsy, hell If I wouldnt't have it things would be so different.
Any recommendations? I'm in good shape btw.
this overthinking thing you're doing is a feminine trait, stop it

>>2830592cheers lad, don't let these human ailments limit you from greatness
>>2830592I'm glad you did it, anon. You beat your fears so you should be proud of yourself. Also, share more pics of your hike if you feel like it.
>>2830674>share more pics of your hike if you feel like it.I will do, I was sleeping and recovering.
>>2830665Thanks buddy
Thanks to you both lads
I will share some of them, probably 6 or so
This was the best part because it was after a hard ascent and we ate and we rest there for an hour. And the water felt like God.
The same part from a higher view
After that it would take two medium-hard routes with small rocks and bigger ones that we would have to climb.
We could take two routes after the route with small rocks, one was with small rocks and almost the same as the past route and the other was climbing with biggest rocks. I chose the route with biggest rocks since it was the most safe route.
This pic it's ascending the first part before taking the route with biggest rocks.
And the second part of the bigger rocks route! I could take any pics of the first part of bigger rocks because I was busy climbing
>>2830261 (OP)always hydrate the night before so it's easier ti hydrate when you wake up
After the bigger rocks part, near the summit (1/2)
And the end.
This was our qt neighbour, we camped near the summit and sleeped with vivacs.
