I haven't personally, but my sister was raising guinea hogs(AGH) for a little while. She didn't like them, they pooped everywhere. She finally decided she was done when one got out and ate several newborn goats. I dispatched, skinned and butchered them for her. I wouldn't recommend guineas, too small. It was like butchering lamb. But it was good experience.

Exactly why we don't raise pigs. Chicken and quail are enough for me.
Wife wants to get a couple of goats though.

pig seem like the worst animal to raise
they stink, they are ugly, all they are good for is meat, and the meat isn't that great.
chickens have better meat AND eggs, and they are cool
cows are cute and you can get milk or meat
even goat can be a free lawn mower
