Looking for suggestions for lightweight, high energy/protein/carbs food to take on long hike wild camping.
I can cook things in mess tins but ideally if so needs to be fast cooked from a small fire in mess tins.

So far I have beef jerky and processed rice or cous cous packets of dehydrated meals with vegetables and spices in them. Cous cous can be hydrated in 5 mins with boiling water. Rice 15-25 mins.

Looking for stuff I can carry a bulk of but are easy on pack weight while also high in energy and nutrition.

Peanut butter, oatmeal, multivitamin. Gun down random hikers and animals to keep things from getting monotonous

What?
Do you not understand what lightweight camping is you retard?
I am not carrying a fucking cast iron skillet and hald a cow with me.
Mess tins are perfectly fine to cook a meal in, simply boiling water or heating ready made meals in.
I have always used mess tins as they are light, inexpensive and durable.
If you wax the bottom too they seldom ever char.
You are a retard.
Why the fuck do you think military kit includes mess tins.

light weight anons
cans an unnecessary "crockery" are not useful to add to the pack.
Mess tins and a titanium spork are all I will use for cooking

Also this retard should delete himself from the gene pool

I like taking a greens mix, like health nerds use. Almost weightless and easy to add to water. Imagine juice but it tastes like general plant matter and gives you all of your veggies and more. Nice way to keep the chills off my neck.

Need protein and carbs for energy for hiking. Vits and mins are not so much of a big issue as multivit supplements and your body can do without them for a few weeks.
Its protein and salt that is the main thing I need, salt being easy of course, then carbs for energy.
