It's pretty bad but I assume it appeals to the same people who had Joker images on their Facebook a few years ago.

It's trying too hard with the expression and pose, leaning forward puts his eyes much closer to the camera than his suit and there's little else in frame. That means only his face is in focus and there's too much grotesque detail. It's just a portrait of narcissism, thinning hair, small eyes and pale eyelids.
