squash that point where the black arrow is pointing down until it's flat like an octagon. then look at the origami from the side and follow those tiny mountain and valley folds
It's an open squash fold. Open up the point and shape the paper to look like 91(all the creases are there, you just need to make them mountain folds), Then stretch the paper a little down to flatten it, used the creases in 93. It's a pretty standard move but difficult because of all the layers.
