It would be well to take stock and observe that with the first manifestation of evil could arise for the first time a pathological kind of pairing.

I think because Its a movement of the masses at some point the people dont have a clear goal of the direction they want the country to go as the easier problems to solve get solved by the easy solutions and then the movement collapses. Fascism can only arise in times of crisis at it loses its power over time. Its not very stable by itself.
