Already there was some proof of this when 330 war veterans who returned in 2024, started a crime wave in Moscow.

There will be thousands more of the same still waiting in Ukraine.

Moscow captured some of them but can only give short sentences due to them being war heroes and all lesser crime that doesnt lead to death goes practically unpunished.

The only people who can keep peace in Moscow is Putins personal guard and there are only a few hundred of them. They cant do anything against an army of war veterans once everyone has returned from war.
