As someone constantly flying it's really spooky. I wonder how and what they felt in their last moments? I would imagine everything appearing normal after start, then you notice from the window that it's not climbing. Maybe 5 sec before hitting the building. Plane seems not too fast so not sure if anyone passes out or dies from direct impact into the building. Maybe some depending on the positon. Then comes the fire.. is it an explosion that comes with so much pressure that it knocks you out? Or is it like a ocean wave of flames that slowly takes your life away in the most painful way one can imagine?

In other crash examples you can be sure that people pass out on the way down because of air pressure, etc. But this one, everyone was fully there.

Most of the passengers probably didn't know they were in danger until last 5 secs or so. Even then, I believe adrenaline would set in, making you feel in a "dream like" scenario for couple seconds. Maybe those seconds feel way longer than normal, still scary AF. I'm a frequent flier as well and I am never calm on flights, I constantly stress and I think it does a lot of physical damage on my body. There's nothing I can do, flying is simply not natural for me.

In terms of explosion, they would be knocket out. I doubt you feel pain from fire at that point. It's an instant outburst of energy. Crash itself would kill them long before flames.
