The hard truth is that women don’t face the repercussions of their actions ever and the top half of the picture is just a fantasy. When women go to work what actually happens is they all concentrate in the same workspaces and turn them into female utopias. Work becomes more of a game for them and they “love their job” because they are allowed to do whatever they want. The job becomes about sitting around sipping Starbucks gossiping and having girlboss meetings where they pretend to real work. And then some higher up in the company comes along and promotes them either because he wants pussy or he needs the brownie points that come with promoting women. This reality where women are miserable going to work is not real. Women have always and will always live less serious lives without high expectations. That is the real reason why their encouragement on board rooms and military platoons is such a disaster.
