most retards are too short term focused to pick up on longer term trends in the electorate, Trump only won because he is still seen as a political outsider (despite being the only thing holding the GOP together at this point). Congress, the Democrats, the Republicans, the courts, literally every single major political institution in the country is just deeply unpopular because the government has been unable to address the basic kitchen table problems that have been affecting voter's daily lives for decades.

wages have not kept pace with cost of living, everything whether public or private has been getting more expensive with worse quality, people do not trust that their children's lives will be better than their own, economic mobility has been collapsing for my entire life time. its funny to watch Trump shit all over a system everyone hates but the man is a fucking retarded clown and his one gimmick is reality tv style spectacle, he will not fix these problems and until someone does we are going to see more and more political instability and ping ponging between unpopular candidates.
