Do you include the surveillance apparatus attached to the government that pay for information?
Do you include specifically the three letter agencies on government payroll or the various private contractors that then sell the data to governments.
Or the secret societies that embed themselves into surveillance state and give this data to their organisation who hire PI to get dirt on anons?
