1. Flaps not set to Takeoff position
2. Failure of Pilot to retract GEAR when low climb rate and decreasing Airspeed was noticed
3. Failure of Pilot to *also* lower the Angle of Attack when low climb rate and decreasing Airspeed were noticed

When I say "noticed" it's also a guarantee that the GPWS was screaming at them:
1. Sink Rate
2. A complicating factor is that it most likely said "Pull Up", which is the WRONG action to take, as described above.
Instead, it should have suggested to raise the GEAR and lower AoA, to stave off impending Stall.

Idiot pilot and co-pilot that skipped checklist

Looks like flaps weren't deployed and the Jeet pilot did the usual newbie mistake of pitching up sharply instead of managing his climb and gaining airspeed to create more lift
Instead he's caused the plane to loose airspeed and then lift, flat stalling into an uncontrolled fall

Loses power does not change the angle of attack. Loses lifting force.
Crashes.

The only way why it goes down with the same angle of attack, the reason for going down would be losing lifting force. This can happens when the plane loses power.engine failures.

Plane filled with too many poos at the back.
When plane is stalling the pilot needs to dive at the ground, the pilot was too busy shidding and farding and crying at the moment,
Pilot was on the phone with Indian technical services but he couldn't understand.

Pilot needs to face fears and nose down but his mother beat him as a child but he has no adrenaline control and is stuck in fight or poo mode.

We can rule out bird strike. The engines are working at the point of take off, which appears to be at the very end of the runway. Pointing towards some configuration or weight error. Fuel contamination is possible but it would have to something specific to this aircraft.

Indeed, and while it's harder to sneak onto a plane, baggage check-in and ground crew can overload a plane pretty easily. The check-in counter is taking bribes to ignore overweight bags, overweight cargo accumulates, flight envelope is exceeded in key parameter.

Though the angle of attack is so great and the pilot never noses down, indicative that he didn't understand flight nearly as much as he understood holding needles and numbers in the 'right place' for a 'normal' climb out.

What's curious to me are two key things:
1. Why didn't the Flight Director(s) issue a Warning

"Takeoff Flaps not set!"

2. Were they using the "Automatic" Power Detent on the Autothrottles, and DID they attempt to override to Max Continuous

Pilot error? I have zero idea, I'm asking. Would there be a reason why the pilot kept the nose up even while losing altitude? It seems like you would want to take as much control of the plane as possible if there was a malfunction. It probably wouldn't have helped, just seems like your options for putting it down in some other way would increase by leveling off at least.

Couldnt some real heroes try to jump out if the plane was going slow while descending in the crash?
I mean at that point you would need real courage and adrenaline but you could take your chances especialy trying to jump into trees or a house or a smother surface instead of taking your chances int the fiery ball of death. But you would need a big precense of mind to even think about opening the hatch and jumping out espeacialy if we are trained to trust autorithy and the pilots.

Ostensibly, if this occurred, it was affecting BOTH engines, as there is no noticeable Yaw, which would be present during single engine operations (unless our hypothesis is that the PIC was the BEST fucking Vmc pilot who ever lived, and insta-counter-ruddered that heavy)

I agree with this assessment but I suspect weight distribution being rear-biased, premature takeoff, and a likely headwind are also a factor affecting AoA and climb speed for this take-off. We can't see what's in front of the pilot but there may be some tall buildings/towers that made them pull back early due to clearance concerns. In the moment they needed to do the counterintuitive thing and stay low, but the monkey brain panic killed them instead. This is why you need white male pilots.

Pilot here.

Engine blew up and he didn't have flaps down so the other engine couldn't spool up in time. that's why they sloooowly descend, because the one engine left over is slowly adding power but not fast enough. he should've left his flaps down because he did not have positive trajectory for long enough.

This is what we'll learn. Angle of attack was too great, plane was overloaded from the baggage-counter taking bribes, and the flight envelope was exceeded, leading to a crash.

The loss of power fags are full of shit, the plane is powered all the way down but it didn't have the airspeed or engine performance to generate lift in that takeoff configuration. There will be more than one jeet at fault here, and taking of bribes will be an aspect.

Yes, but without enough airspeed you don't have enough aerodynamic lift, pulling up just creates drag that slows the aircraft so all that vertical speed just bleeds off along with your airspeed.

Not much to analyze here. The plane stalled and fell out of the sky. Took off too soon, nosed up too hard, was too heavy, didn't add enough thrust, who knows without the flight data and voice recorder. You can practically hear the stall warning activate at 0:24 as you see the plane in pain trying to maintain the climb. Not much they could've done at that point though whatever mistake they made they made before the video started.

Not to mention a jet engines power curve depends on speed to generate the required power. Rotating too early and in the wrong configuration and with too high and angle of attack and your engines might as well be useless.

This kind of reeks of the ANA 787 that had both engines shutdown because of a bug in how the plane handled transitions between flight and ground modes.

These things happen due to a combo of things, in this case it was likely:
1. Overloaded as fuck because Air India doesn't care for safety
2. Fuel quality is probably less than ideal, meaning engines will not produce optimal power
3. It was over 38C meaning the air was thin and hot, which means less engine power and less lift
4. Flaps may have not been in perfectly ideal location, or some other pilot error

If I had to guess right now, that would be my fatal combo

It's not an engine failure unless the stars aligned to perfectly calmly fail both engines at the exact same time with zero physical issues. There were no external signs of engine damage and there was no asymmetric thrust. There's only a few things that could do that, fuel starvation or wiring fault perhaps. It looks far more likely that the plane just couldn't maintain the climb due to weight or thrust and they didn't try to correct for this.

There is an alarm named takeoff config that will sound if you try to takeoff with the incorrect configuration but its not the first time pilots have ignored it by accident.
Everyone uses detent or flex for takeoff and you should override to toga if the accelerationis shit. Problem is that if you go to toga with a to high aoa it does not matter since the wing will not generate enough lift regardless of power setting.
takeoffs can be made with flap5 (for very long rnws) but most of the times you will need to use flap 15+ since you need to follow noise abatement proc.

Maybe they have set a too high flex temp tough. Even with toga set the ecu will set power following your set flex temp and if its too high you may still have not enough power for takeoff.
I agree that the pilots were tards

This definitely tells me that the engines were the problem. It would require the pilots being suicidal to replicate this. It wasn't due to damage and they both failed at the same time so there's only a few things this could be. Either a catastrophic malfunction in the planes systems or fuel problems. They were fucked 100% either way that's an unsurvivable situation on takeoff.

That plane was like a cat,
simply trying to fly.

No thrust to get those sirs,
up into the sky.

When it came time to upwards lift,
the sirs came back down,
in windy drift.

Low energy flights like this,
won't take you very far.

They could've drive further,
and faster, in a car.

Looks like everything was fine until it just lost velocity and started to fall, that implies possibly one engine failure or even both at once. The landing gear was still down. The plan lists ever so slightly to the left before crashing, while plunging. Uneven distribution of propulsion, on one wing not the other maybe. Or maybe turning flaps without enough speed to matter.

if he lost one engine there would be telltale asymetric thrust before the rudder and rudder trim kicks in. here it seems there is a dip in climb at around 0:27, then it stabilizes and stops climbing gradually, coasts until 0:29 to 0:30 and then drops. attitude seems unchanged. sound would help to check for compressor stall. given the quality its hard to check for the exhaust flow disturbances that are present in compressor stalls or bird strike. looks like engine lost power symmetrically, this happenned one time at heathrow at last seconds before landing due to ice in fuel lines that starved both engines. if fuel was bad, the issue would have been apparent earlier, but that's speculation. cutting engine fuel pumps or idling both engines on the other hand, would probably result in that climb pattern.

so you add power. it looks like the power faded away suddenly. attitude really looked normal to me, nothing out of the ordinary. anyway hopefully the actual flight data will come out so we can see what happened and why. ive flown light aircraft plenty and this doesn't seem to me to be a simple pilot error of trying to climb too quick with inadequate air speed

This anon is correct, you can see more exhaust fumes on the left side of the engine as thr plane begins to climb as opposed to the right engine. The plane also begins to shift to the left before losing momentum and descending into it's destruction.
