The answer anon is that we have a national service, one either joins the military OR joins civilian jobs, where one learns to care for the old, clean toilets, flip burgers, etc etc, after a 2 or 3 year term one is free to live ones life, all young citizens rich or poor should know how it feels to serve those at the bottom and clean up shit, no more free rides for anyone, have pride in the nation and DO YOUR PART
