If you can transfer to a facility with an air ramp, you might be able to get one of the jobs if your seniority is high enough.
I broke my back for years doing preload and driving and once I got on the ramp or building shift it's like a whole different company.
And look at the bright side, you have great health benefits, pension, and good wage. Eat healthy and invest what you can

Anon what's you're seniority? Just read far enough down to see you work splitting belts. I assume unload. Also what hours are you pulling? Our shifts are 4 hours max, larger facilities are the same with option to double shift all overtime pay. I know Germany may be very different. Our of curiosity does teamsters operate in Germany too?
