Massive act of Hubris from Russia.
They should have done Georgia first. in 2008/9 they went in to Georgia, took their airports and sealed off all the major roads in and out of the country in less than a week. Only 6 lives were lost.
Invading Ukraine, given Russia's capabilities, was complete fucking hubris. I'd feel bad for them if they weren't constantly threatening my country with annihilation.
They really overstepped their capabilities.
If I was being charitable I would say that the INVASION of Ukraine has turned the Russian military into a lean, mean fighting machine and leached out all the corruption, inefficiencies, dead-wood and general faggotry that turned the Russian military into the laughing stock of the international community in February 2022.
Of course the real problem for Russia is when they have to send veterans home for R+R. This was the problem with Afghanistan. When the "Smerd's" go back to the shitholes they come from (because obviously the middle-classes from moscow or Saint Petersburg don't get fucking drafted) they talk about their experiences. They cower whenever they hear a high-pitched buzzing sound that reminds them of a drone. And like in '89 the whole pathetic, febrile, wretched, pathetic, haggard and sickly house of cards comes tumbling down.
>pic related. They're going to bring back "ghosts" with them who will undermine the political stability of Russia in the usually unquestioning backwater shitholes that comprise most of Putin's Russia.ะฃะดaัะธ!
