There is always a kernel of truth in every pile of shit. Many higher tier fraternal orders and secret societies who practice radical alchemy will go through sex change surgeries, sometimes multitudes of times. You must realize some beings on this Earth are only human in shape. They even believe that you can retain memories from eons in reincarnation cycles. Your neighbor may be responsible for every single war on the planet and he remembers doing all of it, and it doesn't matter if you kill him because he is also running every military on the planet thanks to his advanced glass bead game of puppeteering multiple lives at once through the past hundred thousand years.
