Eh, simply replace it with antipsychotics every now and then and your habit should stay stable under non chronic stressed conditions. Might even improve over time. Inner peace is decent substitution therapy.

codeine does nearly nothing to me. tramadol on the other hand is bretty cool also because it’s kinda tiring so I don’t wanna do it that much the next day

quit while you're ahead bro. opioids lower testosterone with chronic usage massively. the longer you wait to get off, the worse it'll be. even after the acute withdrawals are over, if you've used it for a while, you risk getting Post Acute Withdrawal Syndrome (PAWS) which fucking SUCKS ASS. end up with terrible sleep, mood, motivation, brain fog for potentially MONTHS.

I've been using kratom off and on for like 8 years. I take breaks often and keep my use low. Never really had any problems when I stop for months at a time. But I always taper off so idk. Also never mess with extracts only powder.
I work on my feet all day and it helps immensely with minor pain

you can get codeine otc in poland? A lot of opiates are just morphine codeine being one of them where your liver converts it to morphine, codeine sucks because you are doing liver damage on high doses for the same high as oxycotin or others that don't have to be converted by the liver

codeine is fun and pretty light but you should stop, its still and opiate, they are all very addicting, you wont realize it until its too late

Codeine is weak as fuck. It's barely above paracetamol and is basically impossible to get high off of.
About the only thing Codeine really does is gives you constipation and maybe stop a mild headache.
