When the judge refused to issue the emergency retraining order on Tuesday all the dumb trash were on here pretending Trump won or something. I tried to explain to you fucks that just because the judge didn’t want to do retraining order on the spot did NOT mean he wouldn’t block in after the full hearing two days later. Why? Because in this case the law is very clear that the President has the power to use the National Guard, and even if blocked he could invoke the Insurrection Act so the judge chickened out with blocking it on the spot — he needed a few days to get a justification put together and know the system has his back, etc, and EXACTLY as I predicted here we are. Violates the 10th Amendment, lol fucking nigger. But whatever, that’s just how the legal system operates and it’s doing exactly what’s supposed to do, protect the power structure. Trump’s admin is outside of the power structure so it’s judges’ job to stop him, that’s literally all there is to it. Stop coping and face reality.
