there's pizza hut and japan's own pizza-la but it's really expensive for no good reason. it's all common ingredients but they jack up the price to a "luxury food" because japanese don't eat pizza frequently.
it's also less.. i don't know, greasy? there's just something about the way a slice of american delivery pizza gets all floppy and juicy and savory that just makes it satisfying.

now what's really good here is the napolitan style pizzas you can get at a nice family-owned restaurant. there are some we love to go to, super good and well made marinara, margerita, etc. small, but that's cause you order them with a bunch of other stuff, steak tagliata and crispy grilled chicken thigh, etc. but it's more of a sitdown thing
