California is full of rich people that are completely incompetent but have more than enough money to spend their way out of any situation. DON’T WORRY they will accept the 10th Amendment and power overreach argument, but since the President has such an obvious power to use the National Guard it’s not something the court was prepared to come down on against right away and they want a few days to form up their reasoning on why Trump doesn’t in fact have the power the law says he does. That’s why the first judge didn’t want to enact an emergency restraining order right on the spot, he needed a few days to firm up his position first before dropping the hammer. Because the law is so obvious it’s not something they can decide on the spot, they at least have to have the full hearing while their aids runs around doing research and building up their opinion to back up the inevitable anti-Trump judgement. Wake the FUCK up already stop desperately coping that the courts will suddenly stop being insurrectionist, they WON’T because they’re WINNING right now.
