Why doesn't Iran just build this? Israel can't intercept artillery shells and if they could even spam thousands of shells, they won't be able to intercept all of them doe.

Because even 100 shells isn't going to do shit. Unless you build a massive gun the shells are too small and don't go far enough to do anything. This isn't a korea situation where the capital is right next to the DMZ.

It’s a simple equation
x projectiles in y time cannot be intercepted
best tactic would be to throw tons at the system to trigger the hidden extra launchers to fire then right after that comes in the ballistic missles filled with chemical weapons

Israel and Iran are 1000 kilometers apart, retard. Artillery can't fire that far, you need missiles or drones.
