At this point, whenever a woman is guilty of a crime we should put her on trial with an all male jury.
If they acquit, kill the woman and everyone who voted not guilty in the jury.

On the other hand, there's an essential nature to women which needs to be identified and considered. You want to hold them accountable as rational forward thinking beings, but they just arent. No amount of cajoling will change that. Women have destructive impulses, and are trapped in an ironic head space.

She was trained, she passed some kind of evaluation test. She managed to walk about her day without obvious indicators that she was a crazy person. That got her into that pilot's chair. Then the day happened. Men told her what to do and she <just> didn't do it. She "womaned out" and simply refused to modify her controls in the way she was instructed to in accordance with all the rules she was trained to follow. At that point she may as well have been an unconscious body. What if that had happened? The pilot has a seizure and loses consciousness. So the TO(or w/e) just sits there and lets them crash? No! He'd leap up, grab the controls and save the day. But that's not what happened.
The woman simply refused to follow order, and the TO simply chose to let her. He had a duty to all those who died to stand up, physically take control of the vehicle, and change course. Instead he kept verbally communicating to an entity that did not respect his words. He kept extending the benefit of the doubt to an entity which had become adversarial. Surely, he didn't think he'd die because of this. Surely he thought "if I yell loud enough, if I quote a regulation, if I say it nice, or enough time she'll do it" His belief in female accountability got all those people killed. The TO in the moment, whoever assigned her this job, the men responsible for ceding to female control within our institutions at large.
We can wag our fingers at women all we want but it wont modify their behavior. Like screaming at a house plant to make it play basketball. Throw a ficus in jail, execute it, torture it right in front of all the other plants so they know what's up. No results.
So here's MY question to YOU
How important is getting women to take accountability, in human lives? Would you have physically grabbed the controls? Would you have cast off the myth of accountability and treated her like a malfunctioning animal?
