What was the turning point for him losing the war? Was it invading the URSS and having two fronts instead of focusing entirely on the western front? Lack of human resources because he was throwing young men at the war machine non-stop?
Had he united all of his conquests into one big country under him, he eventually would have a bunch of new citizens willing to fight for him.

war with russia was inevitable, if hitler had of kept peace america would still have joined. what happens in 1946 when the allies have a foothold in france and stalin (who at this point has drastically improved russia) decides to join the allies? the only way he could have won is if dunkirk went horribly and the uk lost half of their troops, even then he still probably would have lost
