Is there any country nowadays that you believe genuinely cares for its people and wants the best for them?

Over the past few years it has become so blatantly obvious to me that practically every policy or political movement in the United States primarily serves to further the interests of some lobbying group, and is just spun and sold to the American people as something they should support. No matter the candidate, no matter the side of the political spectrum, it does not matter, they are always bought and paid for, it's always America second, and I simply cannot imagine that changing.

All I want is to live in a place where I can at least somewhat believe the government and politicians actually want the best for the people of their country. Is there any place at all like this?

Besides the total meme countries like Bhutan or North Korea, Singapore is pretty good and so is Malaysia for the most part. SIngapore has had a right wing benevolent dictatorship since forever they just kind of lucked out it could have easily been some communist dictatorship and gone to shit. Hungary at least offers money to have white kids and banned Soros bullshit but it's still kiked.

Also it should be noted the US is the only country on earth with a real constitution.
