Do Mormons like Jews?

Mormons are all spiritual Israelites. Some of us are Judahites.
"Jews" as you know them are largely neither Israelites nor Judahites, but the Synagogue of Satan. The modern state of "Israel" is a complete misnomer. They could be termed "Judea" more properly, but even that is a stretch. More like "Ashkenaziland" or "New Khazaria."

Some "Jews" are Judahites (or Benjamites, or a rare few people claiming to be Levites) but they are no longer spiritual Israel. The tribes were scattered to the four winds, and Israel is spread across the whole Earth. "Jews" want to trick you that your inheritance from Abraham as part of Israel actually belongs to them.

Officially we are neutral in Israeli conflicts, and pray for peace and an end to pointless bloodshed.

I think you are conflating the LDS language regarding the Biblical Israel with the state called "Israel," but they are two different things. That said, really the LDS church is fairly "big-tent" and allows a lot of leeway in personal viewpoints, so there is no united "take" on faux-Israel, Palestine, etc. The church is officially neutral about such conflicts. Largely we are rich enough to not have to pander to the Jewish mafia, especially because we have our own institutions to manage our finances and assets and do not rely on Jewish bankers.

I think largely many LDS folks are quite critical of "Israel" and Zionism.
