>>507305467>I’ve never seen Utopia but Light of My Life also had similar plot, as did Children of Men.Have nooooticers come to any consensus regarding the "predictive programming" phenomenon? There are certainly instances where the collective unconscious is at work and writers incorporate themes that they've picked up on elsewhere. However, the plot of Utopia matches up with the "covid" scenario so precisely (the vaccine was even called "Corvid") that it can't be coincidence. So given that it was almost certainly deliberately meant to explain a future event, the question is why?
Some explanations/theories I've heard:
1. Absolution of karmic responsibility (they cannot harm you without informing you of their intentions)
2. It's literally "programming" you on an unconscious level and conditioning you to accept the coming events, so that when they happen you won't assess the situation skeptically (because it's just like in the movies!).
3. Humiliation. They just want to rub it in your face, because it makes them feel powerful.
4. Instructional. It would be bad opsec to share the plan through official documents that might leak out, so hide the plan in plain sight with plausible deniability.
5. etc.
