The only people that genuinely work hard are the self employed business owners who actually think they can run a business themselves instead of using it as a tax write off like every other jackoff. All work is fake and gay now. Nothing of value is produced. Creativity is not allowed. Just do your Jira ticket and do the next one and do the next one and do the next one, while some fat Latina woman asks you for requirements when she’s the fucking project manager, and product is nowhere to be found, and your manager is just some nigger who doesn’t do anything and just bought a house and doesn’t even do the bare minimum of managing. Have daily standup meetings to explain to irrelevant retards what you’re doing (like they even care or understand to begin with), and keep hearing about deadlines that are passed by a whole year yet are continuously being extended while our team of two people actually do any of the work while some more fat bitches just talk about processes and discuss working.
For years there hasn’t been a new person hired on my team, even though we’re understaffed, and I just see nothing but Indians in the office while corporate demands we return to the office completely five days a week now (I’m not going). They need me more than I need them. I’ve checked out entirely yet still do more than everybody else. The pay is fine and I’m not a retard who thinks the grass is green on the other side. It’s pretty much like this everywhere now. Just find a job that will pay you to do the bare minimum, and hide in the shadows while you get paid. These fucking companies don’t deserve real labor and passion. They get what they pay for, which in this economy is jack shit. Only forty more years to go. I’m going to milk as many companies as I can and coast. Fuck this gay shit. Seeing a tryhard at work is stupid. They’re the biggest cucks.
