Not really. I feel the demoralization tactics are getting to me even though I say to myself everyday that I can't get depressed or overcome by all of this, but I don't really feel radicalized or anything.
I'm glad antisemitism is on the rise, though. Others are NOOTICing and I don't sound like that much of a schizo while talking to friends and family.
Turn off your phone/TV/PC if you feel like killing someone because the world has gone mad; focus on your close ones and the things you can directly work on in your life. The truth is, you probably are overloading yourself with a bunch of happenings (nothingburgers) that probably won't even affect you right now.

yeah relationship turmoil, and ive been diplomatic to resolve it peacefully. apparently a regular man can do that but the worlds leaders need to kill their people on the other side of made up borders and justify it with fear and hate. but on the flip side, im a better man than them. so thats nice. sending out love to my frens.
