I'm not saying this to be rude but do you think you have any undiagnosed conditions like ADHD, autism, etc? These often result in people failing interviews. You should lie about your availability if you aren't already doing so. Claim you can work any hours then just show up to the interview and say you can only work reduced hours or whatever.
If you have significant educational credentials or are attending university try leaving that information off your resume. Sometimes retail jobs want to hire losers they can abuse.

I'm going to blogpost here, but you're doing things all wrong. Choose your career and figure it out given your specific situation - from family ties to where you live.
For example, want to get into a blue collar trade? Assess your area. I lived in Houston with my parents a few years ago and realized how much money goes into the swimming pool industry in the area, it's a literal hole that people throw money into. My goal was to become an owner operator of a pool cleaning company, but I had to learn first, and I had no connections, so I applied to every commercial pool supply warehouses in the area with the intention to network with the tradesmen who shop there. I ended up finding an owner operator who took me under his wing after networking with the customers at the warehouse for a year or so.
And why not try small businesses? This leads me to my next set of advice. I don't clean pools anymore as I found a tech job in flyover America, though I won't specify in what as it could dox me. There are tons of small towns throughout flyover America that were booming throughout the early-mid 1900s and had their main industry up and leave to larger cities - but many legacy companies still remain in those small towns, try and find one in an industry that interests you and reach out. You can often times score a gig that requires a degree without one in towns like that as college graduates aren't excited to move to flyover America.
You need to become a tree and branch out, but not in a boomer way.

I was an aircraft mechanic for ~ 8 years or so. and towards the end i realized that it wasnt for me and i found out that i had to pick up and put a lot of pieces of myself back together that i lost over that time and i still struggle with it.
Ive been unemployed for a year now and just doing doordash to slink on by. I loved the work and it was very fun. I still have a lot of people that im in contact with that i could get decent work somewhere if i really tried. But, after the last year. Even after gas, wear and tear on my car and everything, i make more money than i did working on planes with a thousandth of the responsibility and worry.
Outside of that i do photography and other creative pursuits to make extra money.
